NICE TO MEET YOU

Hi! I’m Karen! I’m a wife and a mom of two amazing kids. I used to work in Television, but when my daughter was born, I decided to simplify my life and become a stay-at-home mom. Since the pandemic hit, we’ve been homeschooling, which has been quite the adventure.

I love adventures, traveling, the beach, sunsets, whales and crafting. But my real passion is making memories with my family and teaching my kids about health and wellness.

Why I created this Blog?

I created this blog to be a digital journal/scrapbook/vlog/recipe vault for my kids.

I hope this is also a source of inspiration, guidance, and connection for anyone else that stumbles across my page.
